A tokenized real estate platform on Arbitrum. I took it from partner negotiations and legal structure through to product launch and investor purchases.

5,000 KYC-verified registered accounts. About 300 investors funded purchases.

Raised $550K from Bluebay Ventures and Sogito Capital, plus a $100K Arbitrum Foundation grant.

Dubai · Property distribution

SmartCrowd

Negotiated directly with CEO Riz Ahmed. Overcame concerns about compliance risk, new internal processes, and tokenization itself. SmartCrowd took on the legal work and regulator coordination needed for Estate to distribute its inventory.

Closed distribution and Golden Visa partnerships.

United States · Property offerings

Mogul

Closed the US property partnership with cofounder Alex Blackwood. Worked through the trust structure, warranties, and indemnities, then brought Estate’s first US property offering to market in 2025.

Launched the offering, followed by further listings and purchases.

Arbitrum · Ecosystem funding

Arbitrum Foundation

After an initial rejection, built relationships with ecosystem leadership, including AJ Warner, and made the case for Estate. Secured a $100K grant and delivered milestones covering the Mogul Airbnb launch, origination, and verified users.

Product & compliance

Built tokenized property offerings on Arbitrum with USDC settlement. Coordinated legal and technical work across Reg D 506(c), Reg S, KYC and accreditation, wallet whitelisting, and transfer restrictions.

Work later expanded into pooled onchain real estate products and EV-charger financing through Syte. Designed usd.re with redemption mechanics and a compliant issuance structure, and explored lending and liquidity integrations.

Built internal workflows using OpenClaw for origination and operations.

More partnerships & integrations

Closed live partnerships with Polytrade for marketplace distribution and Push Protocol for wallet notifications. Also signed with Stake and joined Circle’s Alliance Program.

The platform’s infrastructure included Persona, Web3Auth, Bungee, Mercury, DeFiLlama, and Dune.

Team & founder community

Led 14 people over Estate’s history, with a maximum of 11 at one time, across engineering, product, marketing, and operations.

Served as a judge and mentor for Arbitrum Founder House programs in Bengaluru and New York City.
