I build at the edge of real-world assets and crypto. I founded Estate Protocol and brought tokenized real estate onchain, originating over $13M across 26 properties.
Real estate is the hardest asset to bring onchain, so the playbook carries over to equities, funds, and most other asset classes. Most of the world's value still lives offchain. I want to change that.
New York City / In crypto since I was 12 / 8+ years building RWAs
Built a compliance-first onchain real-estate tokenization protocol and marketplace, covering the regulatory structure, the underwriting, the product, and the team behind it.
At 12 I made Zynga Poker's national leaderboard, and people started asking to buy in-game chips for real money. I couldn't open a bank account that young, so I went looking for another way to get paid and found Bitcoin. I'd sell the chips for BTC, then sell that BTC for cash into friends' bank accounts on P2P sites like LocalBitcoins, where I became a top seller. Later I arbed the stablecoin premiums in India and wrote for WazirX. Same pattern every time: I spot the opening and start building before anyone tells me it's allowed.
Working on something interesting?
